Cruises to Bermuda

Bermuda is situated in the North Atlantic Ocean off the east coast of the USA. The islands are named after Juan de Bermudez who was the first European to discover them in 1503. The English Crown took of the administration of Bermuda in the late 17th Century and they became a British colony following the unification of the parliaments of England and Scotland in 1707 after the creation of the Kingdom of Great Britain.

The national sport of Bermuda is cricket and, just like England, a cup of tea goes without saying.

Your Holland America cruise departs from Boston to Bermuda (and the islands capital Hamilton) where you will spend 2 full days plus 2 half days in port and from where you can disembark and embark at your leisure. You may simply wish to go sunbathe on the pink sand of Bermuda’s stunning beaches with their backdrop of clear turquoise waters or have a round of golf on championship courses and/or explore St. Georges and its history.

Whatever you may decide ms Veendam is your 5 star hotel whilst on your cruise to Bermuda.
