Personal Background
Martyn & Zoe have been involved with the cruise industry since 2002 and during this time have become very passionate about fulfilling many people’s dreams and aspirations to cruise.
Martyn has a wealth of previous sales experience and customer service having spent a very successful 20 years at the very top end of the motor trade with 13 years at Volvo and Mercedes Benz before reaching the pinnacle as a franchise manager for Aston Martin in the Midlands.
Like cars, he sees the buying process of a cruise holiday as a very emotive purchase and has the knack of discovering customer’s needs to ensure that they simply buy the right cruise. Of course nothing is ever guaranteed but Martyn and believes that there is a cruise out there for everyone whether it is the ship, the type of cabin or the cruise destination. He will talk to you at length about cruising such is his passion but the only way to find out is by talking to him. His particular interest is putting together bespoke cruise packages incorporating hotels and tours with or without a cruise so if you are looking for an itinerary different to that being offered by the cruise company just ask Martyn.
Zoe’s background is, in many ways, very different whilst at the same time very similar. She spent most of her life in the banking sector at the Bradford & Bingley and, for a number of years, Nat West where she gained a wealth of customer service experience. A great listener, Zoe is knowledgeable and always very enthusiastic when talking to people and this enthusiasm is as noticeable at the end of the day as at the beginning so don’t worry about what time you call….unless it’s after midnight or before six!
Martyn & Zoe do make a great team and always want to hear about other’s cruise experiences. They will treat you like you are their only customer and always in a professional, polite and understanding way.
