John Craven is one of Britain’s best-known broadcasters and appears on BBC One’s top-rated “Countryfile”, which highlights rural and environmental issues and celebrates the British countryside every Sunday evening. He joined Countryfile in 1989 after presenting for 17 years the programme which made him a household name, “John Craven’s Newsround”.

We are honoured that John Craven will be joining us on this unforgettable voyage. John will host a cocktail party on your first evening on board and make two presentations during the course of your sailing. You will also have the opportunity to join him on two exciting excursions.

Your Adventure…

Depart UK on 23rd January 2014 and arrive in Barbados where you will stay 2 nights at The Tamarind on a B&B basis.

On 25th January 2014 transfer to the port and embark Royal Clipper for a 7 night Grenadines cruise visiting: Bridgetown, Captain’s Best, Grenada, Tobago Cays, St Vincent, Bequia, Fort de France, Marigo Bay and Soufriere.

Special Excursions:

On 27th January 2014 in Grenada, John will accompany you on the Nutmeg & Falls tour, where you will visit a Nutmeg Cooperative and have the chance to swim at Concord Falls.

On 30th January 2014 in Martinique, John will take you to see Fort de France’s heritage and the Botanical Gardens of Balata.

You will disembark Royal Clipper and transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK on 1st February 2014.
